Director of Group Accounting

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000

The high level purpose of the role is to lead the preparation of the Group’s statutory accounts, lead the ongoing development of the Group’s treasury management strategy, own the Group’s and divisional balance sheets, own the group accounting policies and procedures and to act as the source of UK/US GAAP and IFRS technical guidance. There will be an opportunity to get involved with the active M&A program as well as finance and other ad hoc project based roles in a fast paced, acquisitive group.

Candidates will need to have strong PLC and group reporting experience. You will also need excellent technical accounting experience including IFRS, US GAAP and multi currency consolidation. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a highly visible member of the Finance team helping to shape the operations of the global finance function.

Management Accountant

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Location: London, West End

Would you like to work as a key member of a highly visible global finance team, in a rapidly growing business? I am recruiting for a role that will require you to support both finance and the wider business drawing on you analysis, reporting and commercial experience.

This role is varied in its nature and will involve a mix of commercial support, budgeting, management reporting and forecasting for the Asia Pacific Region (APAC). You will provide support and assistance to key business leaders in the financial analysis of their business whilst proactively liaising with product heads to ensure strong relationships between the Business and Finance. You will lead in the preparation of the Group’s annual budget and three year plan for specific areas of the business and lead in the month end statutory accounting close process and reporting for the APAC legal entities.

To be considered you will ideally be qualified (ACCA/CIMA) although candidates who are not will still be reviewed. You will also have varied experience within accounts being able to hit the ground running in this highly visible position.
