​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for an AP Assistant role working for a client of ours located in Richmond. This role will be responsible for matching invoices to stock orders and supporting the wider finance team. This is an immediate starting opportunity on an interim basis for at least the next 3 months

Key Responsibilities

- Matching and coding invoices

- Sending invoices for approval

- Deal with queries

- Work with suppliers on stock discrepancies

- Oversee AP inbox

- Ensure all invoices are filed accurately

- Support wider finance team with ad hoc duties


Experience required:

- Experience in a previous Accounts Payable role is a must

- You must be able to work in the Richmond office 5 days a week

- Immediate availability is required
