Edward Mann are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a leading international business located in Birmingham City Centre.
This role will play a key part in the AP function and will be responsible for manual payments, BACS payments, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting and PO numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Process payments as required
Bank reconciliations
Cash balance reporting
Process refunds and ensure accounted for correctly
Post PO returns and batches when necessary
Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally
Ensure all compliance is adhered to
Continually maintain high level of customer service when dealing with external clients
