​Job Title - Accounts Payable Clerk

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000

Location - West London

Edward Mann are recruiting on behalf of a global Private Education company that are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to their team.

The client is looking for an experienced AP professional who can hit the ground running and be trusted to handle most of the responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Purchase invoice processing

• Automated BACS payments to suppliers across 3 schools

• Reconciliations of supplier ledgers

• Replying to queries and corresponding with suppliers

• Timely reporting for month end - ensuring invoices not on system are accrued

• Work closely with School Heads and Business Managers to ensure correct approvals for invoices

Desirables:

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable

• Experience with reconciliations and accruals
