Edward Mann are currently representing a leading accountancy firm based in London. The firm are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. This role will support the Finance Manager in the daily running of the finance team, ensuring a strict controls environment is maintained.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Balance Sheet Reconcilations

  • Payroll Accounting

  • Oversee production of management accounts (inc. accruals & prepayments / journal postings)

  • VAT / Tax returns

  • Sign off on payment runs and any manual payments

  • Provide the business with detailed monthly reports with commentary

  • Provide Management Information reports when required

  • Oversee any AP/PO issues

Candidate:

 

  • Qualified or Finalist (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent), candidates who are QBE / non- studiers with relevant experience will also be considered

  • Experience in professional services/LLP is beneficial
