​Edward Mann is currently recruiting for a renowned  Healthy & Beauty brand which has ties to a large International consumer goods businesses. 

This is a permanent position based in Crows Nest and is paying between $85-120K based on experience. The role will also offer flexible WFH perks. 

This is a progressive role that will allow the selected candidate exposure to great training, the wider group and more diverse/exciting career progression opportunities.

The objective will be to extract, analyse and prepare data from the ‘back end’ databases of the various business systems and present the findings to internal/external stakeholders. 

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with business analytics managers to identify core business performance areas.

  • Create meaningful metrics/KPIs that support key business decisions and ensure measures are taken to obtain such results. 

  • Create reports and/or dashboards across tableau to ensure different key areas have the standard analytical tools to independent in performance management

  • Embed user friendly analytical tools within commonly used systems to enhance work teams efficiency.

  • Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate business insights

  • Identify opportunities for simplification and automation of reporting processes.

  • Any other duties as required

Desirables:

  • Will be highly organised, proactive, attentive, and highly organised as such to manage their time effectively. 

  • Technically minded and the ability to translate complex and raw datasets.

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and Excel Any additional business intelligence tools (Alteryx, etc)

  • Basic SQL and ETL skills to perform effective database querying involving multiple data sets

  • Experience working with master data
