Finance Assistant

​Edward Mann are currently working with a leading Technology Company based in Staines who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team and business!

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a business on a rapid growth trajectory.

You will be responsible for providing support on invoicing, project work, month-end reporting, payroll reporting and more! A great opportunity for someone looking to really develop their accounting knowledge further!

Key Responsibilities

-          Raise invoices to the system

-          Post month-end journals

-          Accruals & Prepayments

-          Support project teams with their ongoing work

-          Assist with producing management accounts

-          Revenue reporting with analysis & commentary

-          Balance Sheet Reconciliations

-          KPI Analysis

-          Support with year-end audit

Desirables

-          Previous work experience in an accounting related role

-          Looking to or started studying towards a relevant accounting qualification such as CIMA / ACCA or equivalent – candidates who are non-studiers will still be considered
