Edward Mann are hiring for a Reporting and Analyst Manager to support the CEO of a leading digital and technology business.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and ideally a finance / mathematical background. The position will support with all areas including exposure to financial duties and dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. The role will also suit someone who doesn’t mind getting involved with any other Ad-hoc duties that will assist the CEO.

The role will have strong exposure to the wider business and is a crucial role for the company, as the position once successfully maintained will aid the CEO and help push and progress the business forwards and become more productive and therefore add value and make a difference to the company and its goals.

Job requirements:

  • Providing all round support to the CEO
  • Being the eyes, ears and everything in-between to the CEO
  • Development of Financial Reports
  • Analytical mindset - providing key analysis to ease decision making
  • Providing Key Sales Analysis
  • MI Reporting
  • Developing and building relationships with the business wide team and in particular senior management.
  • Experience in dealing with Auditors
  • Excellent I.T. Skills - with a high level of proficiency in Excel
  • CRM systems knowledge, internet research and social media proficiency.
  • Ability to generate management information reports
  • Ability to create presentations
  • Ability to manage own workloads, confidence in approaching others to solve problems and gain experience.
  • Good judgement and the ability to multi-task
  • Proactive in approach - ability to think outside of the box
  • Project Management, continually providing solutions to arising problems
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines where required
  • First class organisation skills to deliver against a wide variety of tasks; ability to work with speed and accuracy and provide clear updates with regard to work in progress / completed on a daily basis
