Edward Mann are recruiting for one of the largest commercial and residential property companies. Our client is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their Finance Department.
The role:
- Preparation of managements accounts using the Yardi accounting system for various Joint Venture entities, including mini-consolidations
- Preparation of analyses schedules for presentation to various stakeholders to communicate understanding of the financial results.
- Assisting various members of the team with the introduction of new processes, spreadsheets and systems
- Maintenance of the postings into the Yardi accounting systems in respect of the joint venture entities.
- Comparison of actual vs budget for the Joint Venture entities together with commentary
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Candidate:
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- A firm understanding of consolidations and double entry bookkeeping
- Good excel skills
