UK Accountant

​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a UK Accountant to join a leading international manufacturing firm.

This role will encompass a mixture of management accounts, commercial analysis & more technical financial / statutory accounting.

There is a clear scope for progression in this opportunity and my client is keen to hire someone ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

-          Oversee month-end process and transactional teams

-          Monthly analysis and presentation of results to Board

-          KPI reporting

-          VAT returns

-          Support business with research / analysis on changing markets and regulations

-          Take ownership for financing on new sales

-          Support year-end accounts and audit team

-          Continually seek to drive efficiencies in processes & systems

Desirables

-          Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), candidates who are not qualified but have relevant experience will also be considered
