Accounts Payable Assistant

​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for an AP Assistant role working for a client of ours located in Richmond. This role will be responsible for matching invoices to stock orders and supporting the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities

-          Matching and coding invoices

-          Sending invoices for approval

-          Deal with queries

-          Work with suppliers on stock discrepancies

-          Oversee AP inbox

-          Ensure all invoices are filed accurately

-          Support wider finance team with ad hoc duties
