Accounts Payable Manager

​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Media Business in Buckinghamshire who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Manager.

The role is required to oversee the accounts payable function for the UK division of the business, with direct responsibility for 2 members of staff. The role is required to oversee and organize the team and the day to day operations, as well constantly look to improve and innovate processes to ensure optimum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

-        Oversee, and provide feedback and coaching for AP team members

-        Ensure all invoices are received, processed and paid in accordance to supplier terms

-        Management of aged creditors

-        Management and reporting of non-compliant PO’s

-        Compilation of Supplier BAC’s payments for approval

-        Regular reconciliation of supplier accounts

-        Push for continual improvement in the AP team, including systems and processes

-        VAT summary reviews

Desirables

-        Experience overseeing an AP function

-        International finance exposure
