What you’ll be doing:

Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, including daily reconciliations
Manage broker commissions, collections and cash reporting
Month-end support and financial reporting.
Liaise across operations, documentation and IT teams
Reconcile CRM and Xero for accurate data and monthly reporting
Communicate directly with freight partners and brokers on receivables
Support the finance team in Sydney and India to maintain clean ledgers
Monitor and assign tasks from the shared accounts inbox
Mentor 2–3 offshore data entry staff

What you’ll bring:

Strong understanding of general ledger, balance sheet and P&L
Working knowledge of Xero (or MYOB, with a willingness to learn Xero)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, curious mindset. Someone who takes initiative and follows through
Comfortable liaising with offshore teams and senior stakeholders
Any experience in logistics, manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments is a bonus
