Edward Mann are partnered with a leading UK Real Estate Group who are looking to hire a Data Analyst for their accounts team. The role will revolve around providing key Business Intelligence and Management Information insights while working closely with senior business leaders.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver MI insights to senior stakeholders

  • Optimise existing Power BI reports

  • Establish processes to extract data from various databases

  • Partner with IT and Business Transformation Teams to ensure data accuracy

  • Understand and provide guidance on business financial and growth drivers

  • Develop a keen understanding of Real estate Investment and development models, and provide insight to results

  • Lead implementation of Power BI and train team members

  • Other ad hoc analysis tasks as required


Desirables

  • Knowledge of SQL and Power BI

  • Strong analytical skillset
