Finance Business Partner

​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a leading Leisure/Hospitality Organisation based in Maidenhead.

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their business through a period of growth. You will take responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts, providing clear insight into business performance discussing & presenting information to various stakeholders and lead the budgeting & forecasting process for your allocated region.

Reporting into the Head of Finance & working closely with the CFO – this role will play a fundamental part in the finance team’s responsibility to support the wider business and act as a key instigator to the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

-          Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and commentary into performance

-          Present insight and analysis to senior management teams on a regular basis

-          Lead budgeting & forecasting process

-          Provide regular KPI reports to management within your region and support on any queries they may have

-          Continually drive efficiencies and update processes accordingly

-          Support on the implementation of a new system

-          Provide weekly sales reports

Desirables

-          Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), candidates who are not qualified will also be considered

-          Previous experience producing full management accounts, business partnering & preparing budgets & forecasts
