Finance Manger

​Edward Mann are currently working with an ultra high-growth business with over 250% growth in the past 3 years. Our client is looking for a new Finance Manager to join their growing team and support the expansion of their business.

Their office is based in Chesterfield and they are in the office 5 days per week with the option to work from home 2-3 days per month.

Key Responsibilities

-          Ensure all deadlines are met on a timely basis (monthly / quarterly / year-end)

-          Support Financial Controller with all Financial Accounting aspects

-          Manage a team of 4 people – overseeing the day-to-day finance operations

-          Support with implementation of new system – Microsoft Dynamics

-          Act as a key business partner for all financial related queries

-          Produce monthly management accounts with analysis

Desirables

-          Qualified or finalist – CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent – candidates who are not studying or are QBE will also be considered

-          Previous team management experience is desirable
