Edward Mann is working with a well-respected FMCG brand based in the North West London area in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant/Finance Manager. This position would suit a candidate with well-rounded accounting experience.

This position will include a mix of Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Business Partnering - we’re looking for prior experience in all areas.

Responsibilities include:

Management Accounting -
Preparation of the management accounts pack, including commentary, processing journals, fixed asset register, balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Accounting/Audit- prepare statutory accounts and audit files for 3 business entities
Compliance-VAT returns, ONS, P11Ds, etc
Business Partnering- supporting multiple non-finance head office departments to manage their functions effectively within budget (HR, Marketing, Operations, etc)
Cash Management -Update and review daily cashflow forecast, bank reconciliation reviews.
Team Management -
leading a team of 4, supporting with coaching and development.

Candidate Spec:

Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent)
Experience in a similar level role, with experience in both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting
Experience managing a small team is advatnageous but not essential
