Job Title- FP&A Analyst
Salary- £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Location- Epsom / Central London
Hybrid- Remote with 2/3 days in Office a month
Edward Mann are recruiting for a FP&A Analyst for a growing financial services business.
This FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining detailed performance records and providing insightful analysis that influences strategic decision-making. This role emphasises close collaboration with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor, and contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
A proactive approach to business partnering, data-driven analytics, and thorough analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and analyse sales, revenue, costs, headcount, and value drivers to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information across teams.
Collaborate with Management Accounts to comprehend the impact of actuals, providing insightful commentary on budget and forecast variances.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the development of robust budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
Cultivate deep relationships with relevant business leadership teams.
Assist business partners with data-driven analytics.
Conduct in-depth analysis, interpreting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
Work closely with functions to enhance financial control processes and governance.
Actively contribute to forecast presentations and other materials needed for Executive Committee and Board meeting
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Candidates who are not qualified with the right experience will also be considered.
