Job Title- FP&A Analyst

Salary- £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits

Location- Epsom / Central London

Hybrid- Remote with 2/3 days in Office a month


Edward Mann are recruiting for a FP&A Analyst for a growing financial services business.


This FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining detailed performance records and providing insightful analysis that influences strategic decision-making. This role emphasises close collaboration with business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor, and contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.


A proactive approach to business partnering, data-driven analytics, and thorough analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and analyse sales, revenue, costs, headcount, and value drivers to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information across teams.

  • Collaborate with Management Accounts to comprehend the impact of actuals, providing insightful commentary on budget and forecast variances.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the development of robust budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.

  • Cultivate deep relationships with relevant business leadership teams.

  • Assist business partners with data-driven analytics.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis, interpreting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.

  • Work closely with functions to enhance financial control processes and governance.

  • Actively contribute to forecast presentations and other materials needed for Executive Committee and Board meeting


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Candidates who are not qualified with the right experience will also be considered.
