Edward Mann are hiring for an excellent client of ours who sit within the construction Industry.


The role is a fantastic opportunity that will be a key support in the business growth and development. Partnering with key operational heads. Responsible for developing budgets and accurate forecasting for the region and supporting business needs as growth occurs.


The role will operate in a Hybrid working Model; 3 days in office, 2 remote per week.

FP&A Controller

Financial Planning:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to align with regional objectives and long-term goals.

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and opportunities for cost reduction.

  • Generate accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to inform decision-making processes.

Financial Operations:

  • Act as the main liaison for providing financial and strategic information to the region.

  • Maintain and update the balanced scorecard for the region.

  • Supervise day-to-day financial operations alongside the Regional Vice President (RVP), including managing accounts payable/receivable and general ledger activities.

  • Review expenses and audit outcomes to ensure compliance with company policies; recommend adjustments to financial policies to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as necessary.

  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance department.

Stakeholder Partnering:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and concerns within the region.

  • Communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including other regions, internal teams, and field personnel.
