Hotel Cost Controller

​Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Cost Controller at a leading Manchester City Centre Hotel.

This role is responsible for managing and running all the cost control functions as well as supporting with the planning & implementing process.

Key responsibilities

-          Organise monthly stock takes

-          Monthly food & beverage reporting

-          Maintain delivery’s received on the system

-          Record of any wastage

-          Update budgets

-          Track and report on discounts

-          Maintain Micros

-          Reconciliations

-          Weekly sales reporting

-          Ad hoc tasks
