You will be working with a national for-purpose services business. as a HR Reporting Analyst for a 12-month parental leave contract. 

Based in Brisbane’s Eight Mile Plains, with onsite parking and paying up to 100k + Super for outstanding individuals

If you’re someone who enjoys building dashboards, troubleshooting systems and telling the story behind the numbers with stakeholders up to Executive level.

You’ll partner closely with Payroll, Talent, L&D and the GM of People & Culture to keep data flowing, systems running and the insights impactful.

The Role:

  • Own monthly HR reporting such as the headcount, FTE, turnover, gender equity and performance plans

  • Manipulate and analyse HR data from Aurion, iCIMS, Cornerstone and Employment Hero

  • Maintain system feeds, troubleshoot issues and work with external vendors where required

  • Support WGEA reporting, dashboards and group-wide HR metrics

  • Assist with payroll data extraction and report design

  • Work across multiple HR platforms during a business integration phase

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret and explain insights

Who are we looking for:

  • Proven experience in HR systems, reporting or HR analytics

  • Strong Excel skills, pivots, lookups, formulas and visual formatting

  • Ability to build reports that are accurate, timely and visually effective

  • Strong communication skills, able to explain data to Executives with confidence

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Aurion, Cornerstone, iCIMS or similar)

  • Exposure to Power BI is ideal (not essential)

  • Someone who is detail-oriented, inquisitive, and confident working independently

  • Comfortable owning and delivering complex HR data sets

  • Thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and working across multiple systems

  • Ideally available within 1 week for handover
