Key Responsibilities:

As the inaugural HR Manager, you will take on a pivotal role with expanded responsibilities:

·        Salary Management/Administration: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive salary structures that align with organizational goals. Oversee all aspects of HR administration to ensure efficiency and compliance.

·        Contracts/Employment Law: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Draft and review employment contracts, providing strategic guidance on legal matters.

·        Liaise with Outsourced Payroll: Establish and maintain effective collaboration with outsourced payroll partners. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·        Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support our high-growth objectives.

·        Employee Development and Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster professional growth, job satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture.

·        HR Strategy and Planning: Work closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
