Job Title: Lead Pricing Analyst

Salary: £60,000-£80,000

Location: Remote with occasional travel to London or Chelmsford office.


Edward Mann is currently partnered with a leading Insurance group who are recruiting for a Lead Pricing Analyst to join their business.


Our client is ideally looking for a candidate with knowledge of the UK Property Insurance Market, experience using Willis Towers Watson pricing software and with previous experience working with Personal Lines.


This is an exciting position where you will be dealing with many key figures across the organisation and will also help to maintain external relationships too.


Daily responsibilities:

  • Develop and build pricing models improving through predictive modelling and machine learning.

  • Monitor performance against KPI's, identifying potentials risks and opportunities.

  • Build and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Deliver new solutions by staying up to date with new pricing techniques.

  • Aid development of visualisation / reporting

  • Drive the Personal Lines business strategy.

  • Work closely with underwriting on risk and product development to ensure accuracy of underwriting before placing into live environment.

  • Be a key contributor to business plans objectives for long term goals of the company, seeking to provide innovative solutions.


Experience required:

  • Experience using Willis Towers Watson pricing software Emblem and Radar

  • Experience building and automating data visualisations and maintaining large data sets

  • Knowledge of the UK Property Insurance Market
