Management Accountant - Remote Working

​Job Title – Management Accountant – 15 month FTC

Location – Remote Working (a few days a month in the London office)

Salary - £45,000

Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a high-growth SaaS platform. Our client operates in the media/advertising space and their platform has a unique offering to support marketing strategies.

Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join on an initial 15 month FTC basis, with a view for the position to potentially be made permanent.

This role will be responsible for focusing on the revenue aspects of month-end management accounting.

Key Responsibilities

-          Support the finance team in the preparation of management accounts

-          Take ownership of revenue recognition inc. positing of journal and any required calculations

-          Work closely with the business to resolve queries in a timely manner

-          Use the Salesforce CRM to support the revenue recognition process

-          Produce regular reports to distribute across the business and act as the main point of contact for any queries

-          Work closely with the operational teams to ensure costings are correctly coded and recognised

-          Balance sheet reconciliations

-          Support wider finance team with wider responsibilities such as preparing for audit, system upgrades, month end tasks etc.

Desirables

-          Part-Qualified or Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), non-studiers or QBE will also be considered

-          Prior experience of revenue recognition is desirable

-          Prior experience using Xero and/or Salesforce is desirable
