Media WIP Biller

​Edward Mann are currently working with a leading international PR & Marketing agency based in Central London.

Our client is looking for a WIP Biller to join their team and be heavily involved with the commercials of ongoing projects.

This role will over a good career development plan and our client offers study support in order to help candidates achieve personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

-          Assist with the pricing, budgets and billing schedules of new projects

-          Be the main point of contact for multiple on-going projects with various project managers

-          Meet regularly with project managers to discuss their WIP position

-          Ensure have a good understanding of the commercials for all projects you are allocated

-          Ensure all compliance is met and achieved

-          Update all contracts and any changes on the system

-          Produce regular reports for project managers and talk through financial information

-          Regularly ensure project profitability remains on track as budgeted

-          SOX compliance

Desirables

-          Experience with WIP Billing / WIP Management

-          Good level of Excel (Vlookups / Pivot Tables)
