Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Lead and mentor a small Corporate Services team (3 direct reports)
Own the monthly close process, board reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Liaise with external audit and ensure end-of-year compliance
Oversee outsourced payroll, HR, and IT contractors
Partner with the CEO to deliver insights for key decisions
Drive process improvement across finance, systems, and corporate services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (GST, FBT, Payroll Tax, etc.)
Prepare for future growth strategy including streamlining and automation

What we’re looking for:

CPA (or equivalent) with a strong financial reporting background – those studying toward or without will still be considered.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience across finance, HR, and operational support
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Comfortable working across multiple sites
Bonus if you’ve worked in NFP, education, or similar mission-based organisations
Systems experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint is highly desirable
