What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be trusted to manage day-to-day finance operations while supporting the CFO in driving strategic growth. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the finance function delivers accurate, timely and actionable insights to the wider business.

Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Lead reconciliations across GL, AP, AR, and inventory accounts.
Own compliance reporting including BAS, IAS, and audit documentation.
Deliver variance analysis and commentary to support leadership decision-making.
Manage AP and AR cycles, ensuring supplier relationships and cash flow remain strong.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
Drive process improvements and system optimisation across finance workflows.
Collaborate with department managers to provide commercial support and ensure financial accountability across the business.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in accounting, with exposure to both reporting and compliance.
Strong Excel and systems skills, with a track record of improving processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
A confident communicator who can work directly with non-finance stakeholders.
Commercially minded, proactive and able to solve problems under pressure.
Someone who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
