Based in the CBD with hybrid working and paying up to 105k + Super with a juicy bonus.

Bonus points for someone with a passion for farming or has worked with Agriculture/farming/food production clients.

This will suit someone with a strong interest in using data tools to manipulate financial and business data to create insights that impact the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple divisions

  • Build and own models at the heart of the business’ Long Range Plan (LRP)

  • Produce board reports, monthly reporting packs and variance analysis

  • Partner with finance, operations, and commercial teams to deliver decision-ready insights

  • Develop deep understanding of how operational performance links to financial outcomes

  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis, capital spend tracking, and external stakeholder reporting

  • Become a power user in planning/reporting systems like Solver

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Experience in commercial finance or Big 4, ideally with exposure to agribusiness clients or an interest in farming

  • Hold or are studying toward CA/CPA or equivalent

  • Have strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with an eye for clean, well-structured data

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across the business

  • Thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments where attitude and motivation matter

  • Want to grow into a strategic business partner and learn from experienced leaders
