You will be joining as a brand-new position with a high-growth, multi-site healthcare group.

Paying up to 135k + Super. You will be working with a company that is pushing to double in scale over the next 2 years.

You will report to the Group FC and help lead their Group Finance function.

You’ll be trusted to lead period end reporting schedules, create dashboards that influence decisions across the business, provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for investments and play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process.

This isn’t your standard Senior Accountant role.

It’s commercial, high-trust and designed for someone who wants to be make an impact. From monthly reporting to strategic projects and acquisition integration.

What you’ll be doing:

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Supervise month-end and close across multiple entities

  • Review reconciliations, investigate anomalies, and provide high-quality commentary

  • Assist with board reporting, audit prep, and covenant reporting

  • Build dashboards and reduce manual reporting through automation

Business Partnering

  • Liaise with regional managers and department heads to support P&L performance

  • Lead variance analysis and influence business decisions with insight

  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts with operational leaders

  • Assist with onboarding and financial setup for newly acquired sites

Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to investment modelling and scenario analysis

  • Provide advisory support for growth initiatives and due diligence

  • Help shape scalable, forward-thinking financial processes


What you’ll bring:

  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualified

  • Strong experience in financial and management accounting

  • Skilled communicator who can partner confidently with non-finance leaders

  • Advanced Excel skills. Pivot tables, lookups and ability to create dashboards

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high accountability

  • Experience with multi-entity or service-based environments

Bonus points for:

  • Background in healthcare or diagnostic/radiology services.

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar Tier 1 ERP

  • Prior exposure to growth or acquisition-led environments
