What you'll be doing:

Deliver monthly management reports, forecasts and variance analysis for site operations
Partner with departmental leaders to monitor mobile plant performance and cost control
Build and maintain cost models for business improvement and budget tracking
Manage capital expenditure processes and support approvals and reporting
Maintain ledgers, fixed asset registers and reporting
Provide cashflow forecasts, support audits and respond to statutory obligations
Contribute to LOM and budget processes, and present financial results to site leadership
Actively support site safety and HSEC reporting protocols

You will be a great fit, if you are:

CA, CPA or equivalent qualified. Those not qualified or studying towards will still be considered
Proven experience in a mining or similar project, cost & CAPEX focused environment.
Experience working in an international business with overseas reporting lines.
Confident and concise communicator, capable to providing influence with stakeholders, both internal and external.
Problem solver mentality
A commercial mindset and able to look for opportunity to improve and create efficiencies.
Systems savvy with experience using complex, multi-faceted systems
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
