What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver monthly management reports, forecasts and variance analysis for site operations

  • Partner with departmental leaders to monitor mobile plant performance and cost control

  • Build and maintain cost models for business improvement and budget tracking

  • Manage capital expenditure processes and support approvals and reporting

  • Maintain ledgers, fixed asset registers and reporting

  • Provide cashflow forecasts, support audits and respond to statutory obligations

  • Contribute to LOM and budget processes, and present financial results to site leadership

  • Actively support site safety and HSEC reporting protocols

You will be a great fit, if you are:

  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualified. Those not qualified or studying towards will still be considered

  • Proven experience in a mining or similar project, cost & CAPEX focused environment.

  • Experience working in an international business with overseas reporting lines.

  • Confident and concise communicator, capable to providing influence with stakeholders, both internal and external.

  • Problem solver mentality

  • A commercial mindset and able to look for opportunity to improve and create efficiencies.

  • Systems savvy with experience using complex, multi-faceted systems

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
